As a subscriber, you can expect 1-2 emails per week. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will never sell your information. Subscribing also gets you 10% off your first order (discount code will be emailed after subscription is confirmed).

Orders
Below are some common questions about orders
Currently we offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay.
To view your previous orders, please log in with your account details. On the account page, you can view all of your previous orders, including important payment and shipment details.
If you need help with accessing your account, please contact us at high@apollodispensary.com.au.
If your order or item hasn’t been shipped from our facility yet, then we can happily modify your order. However, if your order has already been shipped then unfortunately we’re unable to cancel it.
Some items are able to be returned. Please see our refund and return policy for more information.
Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $200 – Offer applies to Australia only.*
We provide our shipping with Australia Post. All parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
We have 3 shipping rates which are as follows:
$9.95 – Standard Shipping
$29.95 – Express Post

Unfortunately, no. For security reasons, all parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, it will be sent to your nearest Australia Post office for collection.
Currently we only ship to Australia.
Yes!
Yes! However, using a third party to export or using international freight forwarding services is done so at the buyer's own risk. Any and all custom's fees or charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Any attempts to export products that are prohibited in your state or country are done so at the buyer's own risk. We will not be liable for any items that are confiscated by customs.
After payment is received and we have successfully dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your AusPost Tracking number that can be used to track the status and location of your order.
Delivery times are calculated once the order leaves our warehouse. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day if placed before 12pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday. If an order is placed after 12pm (AEDT) it will be processed on the next business day. Our estimated delivery times are:
Standard (5 - 14 days)
Express (2 - 7 days)
Please note, we are unable to guarantee delivery times, and the above are estimates only. Delivery times depend on location and shipping option. Shipping times may be impacted by busy trading periods, weekends, public holidays, or delays with the chosen logistics provider.
All of our parcels are sent with discretion in mind. We pack each order in plain cardboard boxes with no mention of our brand or contents on the label.
If a parcel is undeliverable or if no one is home to sign for your parcel, it will be sent to your nearest Australia Post office for collection. A postcard will be left by the delivery person detailing where you can pick up your parcel from. All information regarding the shipment of your order can be seen with the tracking number provided via email.
Please use the tracking number provided with your shipping confirmation email to view the status of your order. Alternatively, log in to your account and view your past orders.
Returns
Below are some common questions about returns
We understand that sometimes things happen—you may receive an incorrect item, an item may go missing, or an item may be damaged during transit. This can be a stressful situation to be in, but we want to help make the process as easy as possible for you.
If you have received an incorrect, missing or damaged item, please contact us within seven days of your parcel being delivered. If you have a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with photo or video evidence of what was received and we will contact you for further action. We'll do everything we can to work with you on getting this resolved as quickly as possible!
Please note that if you do not report any problems about your item within seven days of your parcel being delivered, we assume you received it without damage and it is in working order. We take no responsibility in providing refunds, exchanges or credit for items that may have been damaged by yourself after the fact.
We also cannot accept returns for items that have been used.

If you have changed your mind about an item, and it is still brand new, and completely unused, we can exchange or credit for the item, but we do not refund for Change Of Mind purchases. These returns are at your own postage cost. Please ensure that the items are adequately packaged for postage in the way they were received by you. If the item arrives broken due to not being packaged appropriately, it will not be eligible for credit or exchange.
Please note that if you do not report any problems about your item within seven days of your parcel being delivered we cannot exchange or credit the item.

We sincerely apologise if you received a product that was broken in transit, is faulty or is incorrect. While excellent care is taken by our packing team to quality check and carefully wrap and package your items, accidents can happen during transit.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact our customer service team at High@apollodispensary.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include ‘DAMAGED’ and the order number in your email subject line, with photos or videos of the damaged item and we will happily ship you a replacement after confirming all necessary details. Please do not use the item and don't attempt to fix it, as we cannot accept returns for used or repaired items.
To ensure you are satisfied with your order, we recommend you thoroughly check over your items when they arrive to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality, and that they are free of faults or damage.
Once all details have been confirmed and the item passes our first visual inspection, we will send you detailed instructions on our returns process. For more information regarding refunds, returns and exchanges please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
Please note, glassware is fragile by nature. Although the majority of our glassware is heavy duty borosilicate, this can still be broken if knocked, tapped or dropped, or exposed to sudden temperature changes. Our replacement guarantee does not cover items that have been damaged by the receiver through misuse or accident (This includes using hot or boiling water to clean your glassware, or any damage caused whilst incorrectly inserting the stem or other accessories.)

Enter your contact details and we will send you an email or text when it becomes available again. Alternatively, contact us for more information about the product.

Due to the different legislative/regulatory schemes in place across the States and Territories in Australia and any and other countries globally, any products we sell which are to be used for the purpose of smoking (Smokeware) are sold solely for use with tobacco and/or legal alternatives which exist within your respective State or Territory.
It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws. Apollo Dispensary provides its goods and services solely for legal purposes in your jurisdiction. You also understand and agree that any illegal use of our Smokeware is not the intention of Apollo Dispensary in providing our goods and services, and we will not be held responsible in the event you, our client, contravene any laws through any illegal use of our Smokeware in conjunction with a prohibited substance and or plant.

The pricing of high-end smokeware often is reflected in the quality of materials used, attention to detail, quality control, and development.
As glassware for example, expensive processes such as annealing that makes borosilicate glass incredibly strong and resistant to breakage from thermal stress, which can contribute to an increased price.

You can reset your password any time you need to. All you need to do is click on the forgot password link before signing in to your account and we'll send you an email with details on how to reset it.
To change your account details, just login to your account via the profile icon in the header and go to your account dashboard. Here you will see all of the details associated with your account with an option to ‘add’ or ‘edit’ if necessary.
